La funci\u00f3 de les punteres a\u00efllades<\/strong><\/a> de protecci\u00f3 \u00e9s evitar que el cable conductor s'empalmi i protegir els fils individuals contra forces mec\u00e0niques. Les punteres de protecci\u00f3 ofereixen molts avantatges el\u00e8ctrics i mec\u00e0nics en sistemes d'enginyeria el\u00e8ctrics i \u00e9s important que hi hagi una bona connexi\u00f3 entre les punteres a\u00efllades i el conductor de coure quan s'utilitzi un bloc de terminals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Per establir una connexi\u00f3 segura \u00e9s imprescindible tindre una bona eina d'encast i terminals o punteres de qualitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si b\u00e9 establim que tant l'eina d'encastat o crimpat sigui de qualitat, les punteres a\u00efllades<\/strong> tamb\u00e9 han de complir amb un est\u00e0ndard m\u00ednim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Europa s'ha est\u00e8s la influ\u00e8ncia de consum de materials de connexi\u00f3 el\u00e8ctrica com a punteres de protecci\u00f3 d'origen asi\u00e0tic, tal com passa a Taiwan. Moltes empreses europees van dur a terme un pla per establir nous valors de qualitat per als fabricants de capdavanteres de protecci\u00f3 a\u00efllades, mitjan\u00e7ant l'actualitzaci\u00f3 de la norma DIN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DIN \u00e9s acr\u00f2nim d'Institut Alemany de Normativa \u201cDeutsches Institut f\u00fcr Normung\u201d i actualment tenen m\u00e9s de 70 comit\u00e8s i departaments que s'encarreguen de revisar i millorar els est\u00e0ndards de productes a la UE. La normativa DIN46228 per a punteres de protecci\u00f3 va ser originalment publicada el setembre de 1990 i el mar\u00e7 de 2020 va entrar en vigor la nova normativa DIN46228 per punteres<\/strong> de protecci\u00f3 a\u00efllades,<\/strong> des de 0,5mm fins a 50mm de di\u00e0metre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La normativa mant\u00e9 intactes aspectes com la configuraci\u00f3 per colors segons el di\u00e0metre i la longitud de la puntera a\u00efllada o b\u00e9 el m\u00ednim de for\u00e7a de tensi\u00f3 acumulable (xifrada en 250 N\/mm2). L'ajust diferencial el trobem en l'augment de voltatge perm\u00e8s ara fins als 105 volts i els nous par\u00e0metres per testejar el material i certificar-ne la conformitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les punteres a\u00efllades<\/strong> v\u00e9nen recobertes de (PP) polipropil\u00e8, que ofereix resist\u00e8ncia a agents qu\u00edmics elevada i assegura la puntera fins als 115\u00b0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
