Erscheinungsbild der RoHS-Richtlinie durch die CE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Der RoHS-Vorschriften<\/strong>, ein Akronym f\u00fcr \u201eRestriction of Hazardous Substances\u201c, ist eine europ\u00e4ische Richtlinie, die Aspekte im Zusammenhang mit der Elektronik und der Herstellung elektronischer Ger\u00e4te abdeckt.<\/p>\n

Die Menge an Elektro- und Elektronikaltger\u00e4ten, die jedes Jahr in der EU anfallen, nimmt unerwartet zu und ist mittlerweile eine der am schnellsten wachsenden Abfallquellen.<\/p>\n

Elektro- und Elektronikger\u00e4te (EEE) enthalten gef\u00e4hrliche Stoffe und seit 2003 regeln EU-Gesetze die Verwendung dieser Stoffe. Jedes Produkt, das seit 2006 in der EU vermarktet wird, muss diesem entsprechen RoHS-Vorschriften<\/strong>, die die Verwendung von zehn Schadstoffen begrenzt, die h\u00e4ufig in Elektro- und Elektronikger\u00e4ten (EEE) vorkommen.<\/p>\n

RoHS-Rahmen<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Das Ziel der RoHS-Vorschriften<\/strong> Es ist doppelt:<\/p>\n

    Da es sich um eine Richtlinie und nicht um eine Verordnung handelt, ist sie f\u00fcr alle Mitgliedsstaaten rechtsverbindlich, l\u00e4sst aber Spielraum bei der Umsetzung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung.<\/p>\n

    Im Jahr 2017 verabschiedete die Kommission einen Vorschlag zur Anpassung des Geltungsbereichs der RoHS-Richtlinie und schr\u00e4nkte die Verwendung bestimmter gef\u00e4hrlicher Stoffe in Elektro- und Elektronikger\u00e4ten ein, die durch sicherere Alternativen ersetzt werden k\u00f6nnen. Zu diesen eingeschr\u00e4nkten Stoffen geh\u00f6ren Schwermetalle, Flammschutzmittel oder Weichmacher.<\/p>\n

    Die Richtlinie f\u00f6rdert das Recycling von Elektro- und Elektronikger\u00e4ten und ihren Komponenten, die zu Abf\u00e4llen mit einem geringeren Schadstoffgehalt geworden sind. Wir betonen, dass es eine weitere Priorit\u00e4t des Unternehmens ist, gleiche Bedingungen f\u00fcr Hersteller und Importeure von Elektro- und Elektronikger\u00e4ten auf dem europ\u00e4ischen Markt zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n

    In den aktuellen RoHS-Vorschriften angegebene Materialien<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    Derzeit ist die RoHS-Vorschriften<\/strong> schr\u00e4nkt die Verwendung von zehn Stoffen ein: Blei, Cadmium, Quecksilber, sechswertiges Chrom, polybromierte Biphenyle (PBB) und polybromierte Diphenylether (PBDEs), Bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalat (DEHP), Butylbenzylphthalat (BBP), Phthalatdibutyl (DBP). ) und Diisobutylphthalat (DIBP).<\/p>\n
