Das Akronym leitet sich vom englischen Wort \u201eRestriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment\u201c ab.<\/p>\n<p>Der <strong>RoHS-Vorschriften<\/strong> zielt darauf ab, die Risiken zu verhindern, die die Entsorgung von Elektro- und Elektronikschrott f\u00fcr die menschliche Gesundheit und die Umwelt mit sich bringen kann, und schr\u00e4nkt daher die Verwendung bestimmter gef\u00e4hrlicher Stoffe ein, die durch sicherere Alternativen ersetzt werden k\u00f6nnen. Zu diesen eingeschr\u00e4nkten Stoffen geh\u00f6ren Schwermetalle, Flammschutzmittel oder Weichmacher.<\/p>\n<p>Alle Produkte auf dem Markt der Europ\u00e4ischen Union m\u00fcssen den Anforderungen entsprechen <strong>RoHS-Vorschriften<\/strong> nach seinem Inkrafttreten am 1. Juli 2006. Jedes Unternehmen, das direkt anwendbare elektronische Produkte, Baugruppen oder Komponenten in europ\u00e4ische L\u00e4nder verkauft oder an Wiederverk\u00e4ufer, Distributoren oder Integratoren verkauft, die wiederum Produkte in L\u00e4nder der Europ\u00e4ischen Union verkaufen, muss dann die Vorschriften einhalten<strong> RoHS-Vorschriften.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Stoffe, die reguliert werden durch <strong>RoHS-Vorschriften<\/strong> Dabei handelt es sich um Blei, Quecksilber, Cadmium, sechswertiges Chrom, polybromierte Biphenyle, polybromierte Diphenylether und vier verschiedene Phthalate. Der Grund f\u00fcr dieses Verbot besteht darin, dass diese Materialien sehr umweltsch\u00e4dlich sind, M\u00fclldeponien verschmutzen und ein Risiko im Hinblick auf die berufliche Exposition bei der Herstellung und beim Recycling darstellen.<\/p>\n<p>Zur \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der Einhaltung der <strong>RoHS-Vorschriften<\/strong> Zum Einsatz kommen tragbare RoHS-Analysatoren, auch R\u00f6ntgenfluoreszenz- oder RFA-Metallanalysatoren genannt. Der Prozess umfasst die \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der Dokumentation (Materialliste, Montagezeichnungen, Materialdeklarationen f\u00fcr jede Komponente und jedes Produkt, Pr\u00fcfberichte und Konformit\u00e4tsbescheinigungen), das Audit, das alle Herstellungsprozesse umfasst, und Tests vor Ort zur \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der Werte von Stoffe, die durch die geregelt sind <strong>RoHS-Vorschriften<\/strong> und nach erfolgreichem Abschluss aller Schritte die \u00dcbergabe eines Zertifikats.<\/p>\n<p>Jedes Unternehmen, das entsprechende elektrische oder elektronische Produkte, Ger\u00e4te, Unterbaugruppen, Kabel, Komponenten oder Ersatzteile direkt in RoHS-verpflichtete L\u00e4nder verkauft oder an Wiederverk\u00e4ufer, H\u00e4ndler oder Integratoren verkauft, die wiederum Produkte in diese L\u00e4nder verkaufen, wird aufgef\u00fchrt. Verpflichtung die einzuhalten <strong>RoHS-Vorschriften<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Bestimmte Produkte und Anwendungen sind derzeit von der Einhaltung der Vorschriften ausgenommen <strong>RoHS-Vorschriften.<\/strong> Diese Ausnahmen gelten im Allgemeinen f\u00fcr verschiedene Arten von milit\u00e4rischer, industrieller, wissenschaftlicher, erneuerbarer Energie und medizinischer Ausr\u00fcstung. Auch Ersatzteile f\u00fcr Ger\u00e4te, die vor dem 1.
