THE METAL CABLE GLAND<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In the industrial sector, the development of increasingly efficient technologies that allow maximum functional and effective capacity of the different production processes is, and has always been, a constant that is totally necessary and consistent with the principles of industrialization.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is why it is not strange to find small tools or solutions that improve the old and less efficient previous utilities.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A <\/span>metal cable gland<\/b> It is a piece, usually made of nickel-plated brass, that improves and reinforces the fixation of cables through compression sealing.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This sealing solution uses different mechanical components and axial force to compress an internal elastomeric gasket within a housing, thus sealing it truly securely.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the many advantages of <\/span>metal cable gland <\/b>efficiency is found when fixing the cable to its element. The force with which it is sealed guarantees the fixation and rigidity of the cable in the desired position.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Being sealed by compression, it also guarantees that no liquid, dust or other foreign elements enter the interior of the element, thus serving as an effective insulating agent.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sealing system preferred by the industrial sector has arrived to definitively replace rubber gaskets<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The difference therefore with its predecessors, the previously used rubber gaskets, is abysmal. The pressure of these has been replaced with the compression sealing system of the <\/span>metal cable gland, <\/b>which creates an IP68 waterproof seal, that is, total protection against the entry of dust and water.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other recognized and appreciated advantages of this utility are its excellent quality-price ratio, its ability to resist pulling and its resistance to vibration.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, they are as easy and quick to assemble as the old rubber gaskets, also guaranteeing a wide range of resistances at different working temperatures.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is not surprising, then, that this solution for sealing industrial cables has prevailed in practically all modern installations, as it represents a huge step forward in terms of the efficiency with which it performs its function.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we said, a characteristic characteristic of the industrial sector is its ability to continually improve and seek solutions that improve production and its results.
