An end sleeve is a lightweight soft metal tube that engages at the end of a twisted cable to enhance cable connection features. Its design contains a lip or torch formed at one end that serves to collect and consolidate the individual wires of the cable as they are inserted into the tip.
Most tips are made of copper, which are usually tin-plated. Each tip is designed for a specific wire gauge, both in diameter and length.
In addition, there are several types of protective tips depending on your application. Among them are the insulated tips, the double insulated tips, the unprotected tips and the insulated tips with grounding connection. We offer the possibility of supplying them loose, in cartridge or in various coil sizes. We have them all!
