Les embouts de protection offrent de nombreux avantages \u00e9lectriques et m\u00e9caniques dans les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectrotechniques et il est important qu&#039;il y ait une bonne connexion entre les embouts isol\u00e9s et le conducteur en cuivre lors de l&#039;utilisation d&#039;un bornier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour \u00e9tablir une connexion s\u00e9curis\u00e9e, il est essentiel de disposer d\u2019un bon outil de sertissage et de cosses ou embouts de qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que nous \u00e9tablissions que le sertissage ou l&#039;outil de sertissage est de qualit\u00e9, le <strong>embouts isol\u00e9s<\/strong> Ils doivent \u00e9galement r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une norme minimale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Europe, l&#039;influence de la consommation de mat\u00e9riaux de connexion \u00e9lectrique tels que les capuchons de protection d&#039;origine asiatique s&#039;est \u00e9tendue, comme c&#039;est le cas \u00e0 Taiwan. C&#039;est pour cette raison que les principaux acteurs du march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en de la production d&#039;outils de sertissage ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que le niveau de connexion \u00e9tabli par leurs produits avec embouts de protection laissait beaucoup \u00e0 d\u00e9sirer. De nombreuses entreprises europ\u00e9ennes ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un projet visant \u00e0 \u00e9tablir de nouvelles valeurs de qualit\u00e9 pour les fabricants de capuchons de protection isol\u00e9s, en mettant \u00e0 jour la norme DIN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DIN est l&#039;acronyme de l&#039;Institut de r\u00e9glementation allemand \u00ab\u00a0Deutsches Institut f\u00fcr Normung\u00a0\u00bb et compte actuellement plus de 70 comit\u00e9s et d\u00e9partements charg\u00e9s de r\u00e9viser et d&#039;am\u00e9liorer les normes de produits dans l&#039;UE. La norme DIN46228 pour les embouts de protection a \u00e9t\u00e9 initialement publi\u00e9e en septembre 1990 et en mars 2020, la nouvelle norme DIN46228 est entr\u00e9e en vigueur pour <strong>embouts<\/strong> de protection <strong>isol\u00e9,<\/strong> de 0,5 mm \u00e0 50 mm de diam\u00e8tre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9glementation garde intacts des aspects tels que la configuration des couleurs en fonction du diam\u00e8tre et de la longueur de l&#039;embout isol\u00e9 ou de la force de tension cumul\u00e9e minimale (estim\u00e9e \u00e0 250 N\/mm2). Le r\u00e9glage diff\u00e9rentiel se retrouve dans l&#039;augmentation de tension d\u00e9sormais autoris\u00e9e jusqu&#039;\u00e0 105 volts et dans les nouveaux param\u00e8tres permettant de tester le mat\u00e9riel et de certifier sa conformit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nos embouts de protection isol\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les embouts de protection que nous fournissons chez Fleximat sont produits dans l&#039;Union europ\u00e9enne, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment en Allemagne.
