Aparici\u00f3n da Directiva RoHS pola CE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

O Normativa RoHS<\/strong>, acr\u00f3nimo de Restriction of Hazardous Substances, \u00e9 unha directiva europea que abrangue aspectos relacionados coa electr\u00f3nica e a fabricaci\u00f3n de dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos.<\/p>\n

O n\u00famero de residuos de equipos el\u00e9ctricos e electr\u00f3nicos que se xeran cada ano na UE est\u00e1 a aumentar de forma inesperada, de feito \u00e9 agora unha das fontes de residuos de m\u00e1is r\u00e1pido crecemento.<\/p>\n

Os equipos el\u00e9ctricos e electr\u00f3nicos (EEE) conte\u00f1en substancias perigosas e, desde 2003, a lexislaci\u00f3n da UE regula o uso destas substancias. Todos os produtos comercializados na UE desde 2006 deben cumprir con isto Normativa RoHS<\/strong>, que limita o uso de dez substancias nocivas que se atopan con frecuencia nos equipos el\u00e9ctricos e electr\u00f3nicos (EEE).<\/p>\n

Marco RoHS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

O obxectivo da Normativa RoHS<\/strong> \u00c9 dobre:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Reducir a contaminaci\u00f3n e evitar os danos ambientais causados por estes materiais restrinxidos<\/li>\n
  • Intenta reducir os posibles problemas de sa\u00fade derivados da exposici\u00f3n a estes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Ao tratarse dunha directiva e non dun regulamento, \u00e9 xuridicamente vinculante para todos os estados membros ao tempo que permite un espazo \u00e1 hora de implementala e garantindo o seu cumprimento.<\/p>\n

    En 2017, a Comisi\u00f3n adoptou unha proposta pola que se axusta o \u00e1mbito de aplicaci\u00f3n da Directiva RoHS, restrinxindo o uso de determinadas substancias perigosas nos AEE que poden ser substitu\u00eddas por alternativas m\u00e1is seguras. Estas substancias restrinxidas incl\u00faen metais pesados, retardantes de chama ou plastificantes.<\/p>\n

    A Directiva promove a reciclaxe dos AEE e os seus compo\u00f1entes, que se converteron en residuos cun menor nivel de substancias nocivas. Destacamos que tratar de garantir a igualdade de condici\u00f3ns dos fabricantes e importadores de AEE no mercado europeo \u00e9 outra das s\u00faas prioridades.<\/p>\n

    Materiais indicados na normativa vixente RoHS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    Actualmente, o Normativa RoHS<\/strong> restrinxe o uso de dez substancias: chumbo, cadmio, mercurio, cromo hexavalente, bifenilos polibromados (PBB) e \u00e9teres difen\u00edlicos polibromados (PBDE), ftalato de bis (2-etilhexil) (DEHP), ftalato de butilbencilo (BBP), ftalato de dibutilo (DBP). ) e ftalato de diisobutilo (DIBP).<\/p>\n

    Todos os produtos que te\u00f1an polo menos un compo\u00f1ente el\u00e9ctrico e electr\u00f3nico deber\u00e1n cumprir estas restrici\u00f3ns, salvo casos espec\u00edficos.<\/p>\n
