O seu acr\u00f3nimo prov\u00e9n do ingl\u00e9s Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment.<\/p>\n<p>O <strong>Normativa RoHS<\/strong> busca previr os riscos que a xesti\u00f3n dos residuos el\u00e9ctricos e electr\u00f3nicos pode presentar para a sa\u00fade humana e o medio ambiente, polo tanto, restrinxe o uso de determinadas substancias perigosas que poden ser substitu\u00eddas por alternativas m\u00e1is seguras. Estas substancias restrinxidas incl\u00faen metais pesados, retardantes de chama ou plastificantes.<\/p>\n<p>Todos os produtos no mercado da Uni\u00f3n Europea deben cumprir co <strong>Normativa RoHS<\/strong> despois da s\u00faa entrada en vigor o 1 de xullo de 2006. Calquera empresa que venda produtos, subconxuntos ou compo\u00f1entes electr\u00f3nicos directamente aplicables a pa\u00edses europeos, ou que venda a revendedores, distribuidores ou integradores que \u00e1 s\u00faa vez venden produtos a pa\u00edses da Uni\u00f3n Europea, deber\u00e1 cumprir as<strong> Normativa RoHS.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As substancias que est\u00e1n reguladas por <strong>Normativa RoHS<\/strong> Son chumbo, mercurio, cadmio, cromo hexavalente, bifenilos polibromados, \u00e9teres difen\u00edlicos polibromados e catro ftalatos diferentes. O motivo desta prohibici\u00f3n \u00e9 que estes materiais son moi perigosos para o medio ambiente, contaminan os vertedoiros e supo\u00f1en un risco en termos de exposici\u00f3n laboral durante a s\u00faa fabricaci\u00f3n e reciclaxe.<\/p>\n<p>Para verificar o cumprimento do <strong>Normativa RoHS<\/strong> Util\u00edzanse analizadores port\u00e1tiles RoHS, tam\u00e9n co\u00f1ecidos como analizadores de metais XRF ou fluorescencia de raios X. O proceso incl\u00fae a revisi\u00f3n da documentaci\u00f3n (lista de materiais, debuxos de montaxe, declaraci\u00f3ns de materiais para cada compo\u00f1ente e produto, informes de proba e certificados de conformidade), a auditor\u00eda que implica todos os procesos de fabricaci\u00f3n, probas in situ para verificar os valores de substancias reguladas pola <strong>Normativa RoHS<\/strong> e, tras completar con \u00e9xito todos os pasos, a entrega dun certificado.<\/p>\n<p>Calquera empresa que venda produtos el\u00e9ctricos ou electr\u00f3nicos, equipos, subconxuntos, cables, compo\u00f1entes ou pezas de reposici\u00f3n aplicables directamente a pa\u00edses dirixidos pola RoHS, ou que venda a revendedores, distribuidores ou integradores que \u00e1 s\u00faa vez venden produtos a estes pa\u00edses. para cumprir co <strong>Normativa RoHS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Determinados produtos e aplicaci\u00f3ns est\u00e1n actualmente exentos do cumprimento da normativa <strong>Normativa RoHS.<\/strong> Estas exenci\u00f3ns cobren xeralmente varios tipos de equipos militares, industriais, cient\u00edficos, de enerx\u00eda renovable e m\u00e9dicos.
