IL PRESSACAVO METALLICO<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Nel settore industriale, lo sviluppo di tecnologie sempre pi\u00f9 efficienti che consentano la massima capacit\u00e0 funzionale ed efficace dei diversi processi produttivi \u00e8, ed \u00e8 sempre stata, una costante del tutto necessaria e coerente con i principi dell\u2019industrializzazione.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ecco perch\u00e9 non \u00e8 strano trovare piccoli strumenti o soluzioni che migliorino le vecchie e meno efficienti utilit\u00e0 precedenti.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Una di queste soluzioni, specifica per sigillare i cablaggi, \u00e8 la <\/span>pressacavi metallici<\/b><\/a>, che sostituiscono, con ottimi risultati, le tradizionali guarnizioni in gomma, meno sicure, per questo sono diventate il sistema preferito nel settore per la sigillatura dei cavi.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

UN <\/span>pressacavo in metallo<\/b> Si tratta di un pezzo, solitamente in ottone nichelato, che migliora e rinforza il fissaggio dei cavi attraverso la sigillatura a compressione.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Questa soluzione di tenuta utilizza diversi componenti meccanici e forza assiale per comprimere una guarnizione elastomerica interna all'interno di un alloggiamento, sigillandola in modo veramente sicuro.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tra i tanti vantaggi di <\/span>pressacavo in metallo <\/b>l'efficienza si riscontra fissando il cavo al suo elemento. La forza con cui \u00e8 sigillato garantisce il fissaggio e la rigidit\u00e0 del cavo nella posizione desiderata.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Essendo sigillato per compressione, garantisce inoltre che nessun liquido, polvere o altri elementi estranei entrino all'interno dell'elemento, fungendo cos\u00ec da efficace agente isolante.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La differenza quindi con i suoi predecessori, le guarnizioni in gomma precedentemente utilizzate, \u00e8 abissale. La pressione di questi \u00e8 stata sostituita con il sistema di tenuta a compressione del <\/span>pressacavo in metallo, <\/b>che crea una tenuta stagna IP68, cio\u00e8 una protezione totale contro l\u2019ingresso di polvere e acqua.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Altri vantaggi riconosciuti ed apprezzati di questa utilit\u00e0 sono l'ottimo rapporto qualit\u00e0-prezzo, la capacit\u00e0 di resistere alla trazione e la resistenza alle vibrazioni.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inoltre sono facili e veloci da montare come le vecchie guarnizioni in gomma, garantendo inoltre un ampio range di resistenze alle diverse temperature di esercizio.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Non sorprende, quindi, che questa soluzione per sigillare i cavi industriali abbia prevalso praticamente in tutte le installazioni moderne, poich\u00e9 rappresenta un enorme passo avanti in termini di efficienza con cui svolge la sua funzione.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
