Utseendet til RoHS-direktivet av CE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

De RoHS-forskrifter<\/strong>, akronym for Restriction of Hazardous Substances, er et europeisk direktiv som dekker aspekter knyttet til elektronikk og produksjon av elektroniske enheter.<\/p>\n

Antallet avfall av elektrisk og elektronisk utstyr som genereres hvert \u00e5r i EU \u00f8ker uventet, faktisk er det n\u00e5 en av de raskest voksende avfallskildene.<\/p>\n

Elektrisk og elektronisk utstyr (EEE) inneholder farlige stoffer, og siden 2003 har EU-lover regulert bruken av disse stoffene. Alle produkter som er markedsf\u00f8rt i EU siden 2006, m\u00e5 overholde dette RoHS-forskrifter<\/strong>, som begrenser bruken av ti skadelige stoffer som ofte finnes i elektrisk og elektronisk utstyr (EEE).<\/p>\n

RoHS-rammeverk<\/strong><\/h2>\n

M\u00e5let med RoHS-forskrifter<\/strong> Det er dobbelt:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Reduser forurensning og forhindre milj\u00f8skader for\u00e5rsaket av disse begrensede materialene<\/li>\n
  • Pr\u00f8v \u00e5 redusere mulige helseproblemer som skyldes eksponering for disse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Siden det er et direktiv og ikke en forordning, er det juridisk bindende for alle medlemsland, samtidig som det tillater litt plass n\u00e5r det implementeres og sikrer overholdelse.<\/p>\n

    I 2017 vedtok kommisjonen et forslag som justerer omfanget av RoHS-direktivet, og begrenser bruken av visse farlige stoffer i EEE som kan erstattes av sikrere alternativer. Disse begrensede stoffene inkluderer tungmetaller, flammehemmere eller myknere.<\/p>\n

    Direktivet fremmer resirkulering av EEE og dets komponenter, som har blitt til avfall med et lavere niv\u00e5 av skadelige stoffer. Vi understreker at det \u00e5 pr\u00f8ve \u00e5 garantere like vilk\u00e5r for produsenter og import\u00f8rer av EEE p\u00e5 det europeiske markedet er en annen prioritering.<\/p>\n

    Materialer angitt i gjeldende RoHS-forskrifter<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    For tiden er RoHS-forskrifter<\/strong> begrenser bruken av ti stoffer: bly, kadmium, kvikks\u00f8lv, seksverdig krom, polybromerte bifenyler (PBB) og polybromerte difenyletere (PBDE), bis(2-etylheksyl)ftalat (DEHP), butylbenzylftalat (BBP), ftalatdibutyl (DBP) ) og diisobutylftalat (DIBP).<\/p>\n

    Alle produkter som har minst \u00e9n elektrisk og elektronisk komponent m\u00e5 overholde disse restriksjonene, bortsett fra i spesifikke tilfeller.<\/p>\n
