Funksjonen til isolerte t\u00e5hetter<\/strong><\/a> Form\u00e5let med beskyttelsen er \u00e5 forhindre at ledertr\u00e5den skj\u00f8tes og \u00e5 beskytte de enkelte tr\u00e5dene mot mekaniske krefter. Beskyttelseshylser gir mange elektriske og mekaniske fordeler i elektrotekniske systemer og det er viktig at det er en god forbindelse mellom de isolerte hylsene og kobberlederen ved bruk av rekkeklemme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For \u00e5 etablere en sikker forbindelse er det viktig \u00e5 ha et godt krympeverkt\u00f8y og kvalitetsterminaler eller hylser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selv om vi fastsl\u00e5r at b\u00e5de krympe- eller krympeverkt\u00f8yet er av kvalitet, er det isolerte t\u00e5hetter<\/strong> De m\u00e5 ogs\u00e5 oppfylle en minimumsstandard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I Europa har p\u00e5virkningen fra forbruket av elektriske tilkoblingsmaterialer som beskyttelseshetter av asiatisk opprinnelse spredt seg, slik som skjer i Taiwan. DIN er et akronym for German Regulatory Institute \u201cDeutsches Institut f\u00fcr Normung\u201d og de har i dag mer enn 70 komiteer og avdelinger som er ansvarlige for \u00e5 gjennomg\u00e5 og forbedre produktstandarder i EU. DIN46228-standarden for beskyttende t\u00e5hetter ble opprinnelig publisert i september 1990 og i mars 2020 tr\u00e5dte den nye DIN46228-standarden i kraft for t\u00e5hetter<\/strong> av beskyttelse isolert,<\/strong> fra 0,5 mm til 50 mm i diameter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regelverket beholder intakte aspekter som fargekonfigurasjonen i henhold til diameteren og lengden p\u00e5 den isolerte t\u00e5en eller minimum kumulativ strekkkraft (estimert til 250 N\/mm2). Differensialjusteringen finnes i spennings\u00f8kningen som n\u00e5 er tillatt opp til 105 volt og de nye parametrene for \u00e5 teste materialet og sertifisere dets samsvar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

V\u00e5re isolerte beskyttende t\u00e5hetter<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

De beskyttende t\u00e5hettene som vi leverer hos Fleximat er produsert i EU, spesielt i Tyskland. Vi overholder de nye DIN-forskriftene for beskyttelsesterminaler og sikrer absolutt kvalitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Det indre av spissene er laget av kobber og deretter p\u00e5f\u00f8res et sinkbad, som fremmer st\u00f8rre ledningsevne og holdbarhet og minimumsbadet som vi tilbyr i alle v\u00e5re tips er 3 mikron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
