Beschermende adereindhulzen bieden veel elektrische en mechanische voordelen in elektrotechnische systemen en het is belangrijk dat er een goede verbinding bestaat tussen de ge\u00efsoleerde adereindhulzen en de koperen geleider bij gebruik van een klemmenblok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om een veilige verbinding tot stand te brengen, is het essentieel om over een goed krimpgereedschap en kwaliteitskabelschoenen of adereindhulzen te beschikken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoewel we vaststellen dat zowel het krimp- als het krimpgereedschap van kwaliteit is, is de <strong>ge\u00efsoleerde teenkappen<\/strong> Ze moeten ook aan een minimumnorm voldoen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Europa heeft de invloed van het verbruik van elektrische verbindingsmaterialen zoals beschermkappen van Aziatische oorsprong zich verspreid, zoals in Taiwan gebeurt. Sommige van deze fabrikanten proberen te voldoen aan de regelgeving van de landen waarnaar ze exporteren, maar het is heel gebruikelijk dat er fouten in de verbindingen worden aangetroffen. Het is om deze reden dat de belangrijkste spelers op de Europese markt op het gebied van de productie van krimpgereedschappen zich realiseerden dat het niveau van verbinding dat hun producten met beschermende adereindhulzen tot stand brachten, veel te wensen overliet. Veel Europese bedrijven voerden een plan uit om nieuwe kwaliteitswaarden vast te stellen voor fabrikanten van ge\u00efsoleerde beschermkappen, door de DIN-norm te actualiseren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DIN is een acroniem voor het Duitse regelgevende instituut \u201cDeutsches Institut f\u00fcr Normung\u201d en ze hebben momenteel meer dan 70 commissies en afdelingen die verantwoordelijk zijn voor het beoordelen en verbeteren van productnormen in de EU. De DIN46228-norm voor veiligheidsneuzen werd oorspronkelijk gepubliceerd in september 1990 en in maart 2020 werd de nieuwe DIN46228-norm van kracht voor <strong>teenkappen<\/strong> van bescherming <strong>ge\u00efsoleerd,<\/strong> van 0,5 mm tot 50 mm in diameter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De regelgeving laat aspecten zoals de kleurconfiguratie volgens de diameter en lengte van de ge\u00efsoleerde teen of de minimale cumulatieve spankracht (geschat op 250 N\/mm2) intact. De differenti\u00eble aanpassing is te vinden in de spanningsverhoging die nu is toegestaan tot 105 volt en de nieuwe parameters om het materiaal te testen en de conformiteit ervan te certificeren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Onze ge\u00efsoleerde beschermende neuskappen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De beschermende neuskappen die wij bij Fleximat leveren, worden geproduceerd in de Europese Unie, met name in Duitsland. Wij voldoen aan de nieuwe DIN-voorschriften voor beveiligingsterminals en garanderen absolute kwaliteit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De binnenkant van de tips is gemaakt van koper en vervolgens is er een zinkbad aangebracht, wat een grotere geleiding en duurzaamheid bevordert.
