In de industri\u00eble sector is de ontwikkeling van steeds effici\u00ebntere technologie\u00ebn die een maximale functionele en effectieve capaciteit van de verschillende productieprocessen mogelijk maken, een constante die absoluut noodzakelijk is en consistent is met de principes van de industrialisatie.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Daarom is het niet vreemd om kleine hulpmiddelen of oplossingen te vinden die de oude en minder effici\u00ebnte eerdere hulpprogramma's verbeteren.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

E\u00e9n van deze oplossingen, specifiek voor het afdichten van bedrading, is de <\/span>metalen kabelwartels<\/b><\/a>, die de minder veilige traditionele rubberen pakkingen vervangen, met geweldige resultaten. Daarom zijn ze het favoriete systeem in de industrie geworden voor het afdichten van kabels.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A <\/span>metalen kabelwartel<\/b> Het is een stuk, meestal gemaakt van vernikkeld messing, dat de bevestiging van kabels verbetert en versterkt door middel van compressieafdichting.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deze afdichtingsoplossing maakt gebruik van verschillende mechanische componenten en axiale kracht om een interne elastomere pakking in een behuizing samen te drukken, waardoor deze echt veilig wordt afgedicht.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Het verschil met zijn voorgangers, de eerder gebruikte rubberen pakkingen, is dan ook enorm. De druk hiervan is vervangen door het compressieafdichtingssysteem van de <\/span>metalen kabelwartel, <\/b>waardoor een waterdichte IP68-afdichting ontstaat, dat wil zeggen totale bescherming tegen het binnendringen van stof en water.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andere erkende en gewaardeerde voordelen van dit hulpprogramma zijn de uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, het vermogen om trekkracht te weerstaan en de weerstand tegen trillingen.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bovendien zijn ze net zo eenvoudig en snel te monteren als de oude rubberen pakkingen, waardoor ze ook een breed scala aan weerstanden bij verschillende werktemperaturen garanderen.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Het is dan ook niet verrassend dat deze oplossing voor het afdichten van industri\u00eble kabels de overhand heeft gekregen in vrijwel alle moderne installaties, aangezien het een enorme stap voorwaarts betekent in termen van de effici\u00ebntie waarmee het zijn functie vervult.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
