RoHS-direktivets utseende av CE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

De RoHS-best\u00e4mmelser<\/strong>, en akronym f\u00f6r Restriction of Hazardous Substances, \u00e4r ett europeiskt direktiv som t\u00e4cker aspekter relaterade till elektronik och tillverkning av elektroniska enheter.<\/p>\n

Antalet avfall fr\u00e5n elektrisk och elektronisk utrustning som genereras varje \u00e5r i EU \u00f6kar ov\u00e4ntat, i sj\u00e4lva verket \u00e4r det nu en av de snabbast v\u00e4xande avfallsk\u00e4llorna.<\/p>\n

Elektrisk och elektronisk utrustning (EEE) inneh\u00e5ller farliga \u00e4mnen och sedan 2003 har EU-lagar reglerat anv\u00e4ndningen av dessa \u00e4mnen. Varje produkt som marknadsf\u00f6rts i EU sedan 2006 m\u00e5ste uppfylla detta RoHS-best\u00e4mmelser<\/strong>, som begr\u00e4nsar anv\u00e4ndningen av tio skadliga \u00e4mnen som ofta finns i elektrisk och elektronisk utrustning (EEE).<\/p>\n

RoHS ramverk<\/strong><\/h2>\n

M\u00e5let med RoHS-best\u00e4mmelser<\/strong> Det \u00e4r dubbelt:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Minska f\u00f6roreningar och f\u00f6rhindra milj\u00f6skador orsakade av dessa begr\u00e4nsade material<\/li>\n
  • F\u00f6rs\u00f6k att minska eventuella h\u00e4lsoproblem som h\u00e4rr\u00f6r fr\u00e5n exponering f\u00f6r dessa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Eftersom det \u00e4r ett direktiv och inte en f\u00f6rordning, \u00e4r det juridiskt bindande f\u00f6r alla medlemsl\u00e4nder samtidigt som det ger ett visst utrymme vid genomf\u00f6randet och s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ller efterlevnad.<\/p>\n

    2017 antog kommissionen ett f\u00f6rslag om att justera till\u00e4mpningsomr\u00e5det f\u00f6r RoHS-direktivet, vilket begr\u00e4nsar anv\u00e4ndningen av vissa farliga \u00e4mnen i elektriska och elektroniska produkter som kan ers\u00e4ttas med s\u00e4krare alternativ. Dessa begr\u00e4nsade \u00e4mnen inkluderar tungmetaller, flamskyddsmedel eller mjukg\u00f6rare.<\/p>\n

    Direktivet fr\u00e4mjar \u00e5tervinning av EEE och dess komponenter, som har blivit avfall med en l\u00e4gre halt av skadliga \u00e4mnen.     Material som anges i g\u00e4llande RoHS-best\u00e4mmelser<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    F\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande \u00e4r RoHS-best\u00e4mmelser<\/strong> begr\u00e4nsar anv\u00e4ndningen av tio \u00e4mnen: bly, kadmium, kvicksilver, sexv\u00e4rt krom, polybromerade bifenyler (PBB) och polybromerade difenyletrar (PBDE), bis(2-etylhexyl)ftalat (DEHP), butylbensylftalat (BBP), ftalatdibutyl (DBP) ) och diisobutylftalat (DIBP).<\/p>\n

    Alla produkter som har minst en elektrisk och elektronisk komponent m\u00e5ste f\u00f6lja dessa begr\u00e4nsningar, utom i specifika fall.<\/p>\n
