Our history

Since 1998 FLEXIMAT has been developing and manufacturing high quality products for the protection and connection of industrial electrical wiring.

For the following sectors:
Automotive, railway, aviation, nautical, machinery, electrical equipment, lighting, engineering, robotics, telecommunications, automation, renewable energies, etc.

Our products are highly appreciated by leading companies in the aforementioned sectors. This motivates us to continue exploring new technologies to offer the most useful solutions to the market.

1998
  • Juan Suarez founded the company FLEXIMAT SLU in Sabadell.
2000
  • Construction of the new headquarters at the Sentmenat plant, which has more than 2,700m2
2002
  • FLEXIMAT SLU acquires its competitor Flexiland SA, a manufacturer of cable glands and accessories located in Cornellá de Llobregat. The purchase includes two industrial warehouses with 8,000 m2
2003
  • Advance Go SLU Foundation (investment arm of the Juan Suárez group)
2004
  • Opening of a new production plant for plastic components in Türkiye.
2009
  • Opening of new metal components production plant in India
2012
  • Opening of the group's new headquarters in Castellarnau, Sabadell
2013
  • New company foundation VALUE INVESTING JS LUXEMBURG SA
