That's right, condensation is a common reaction in lighting equipment, especially those that work outdoors or are exposed to large changes in temperature.

During the operation of the luminaire, the pressure and temperature conditions increase inside the box. When it cools, the pressure decreases and the air is expelled to the outside. If the temperature change is very high, the condensation point is reached and microcracks and oxidation are generated in the equipment.

The effects of condensation on the inside of the case damage both the cables and the printed circuit and cause the equipment to suffer and rust. 

The reliability and useful life of the product worsens and puts all equipment at risk, for example, a luminaire.

THE SOLUTION TO CONDENSATION IN LIGHTING EQUIPMENT
